Dispute resolution and conflict management processes 1.Team Agreement All team members must have participated in the formulation of this Team Agreement and are committed to abide by it. 2.Team Principles and Processes The Team Head will be selected by the approval of all team members, as this will not create any disputes as the Head will be responsible for maintaining discipline and giving value to all the members of the team.
