In this way the agreement provides a communication tool and contract between team members and their tutor regarding their obligations, responsibilities and activities to ensure successful processes, product, and outcome. This document includes: High level principles contributing to an effective team; Agreed communication and operational processes to action the principles. Definitions of minor and major non-compliance and examples of instances that may constitute a breach of the agreements conditions. Dispute resolution and conflict management processes 1.Team Agreement All team members must have participated in the formulation of this Team Agreement and are committed to abide by it. 2.Team Principles and Processes The Team Head will be selected by the approval of all team members, as this will not create any disputes as the Head will be responsible for maintaining discipline and giving value to all the members of the team. The decision took by Team Head will be followed by all members and decision will be taken with the support of all the team members, as this will help in maintaining discipline and understanding between all members as the decision will be took with support of all members they will readily follow it. Respect each other , this is very important as each member is equally responsible for smooth processing of project and doing important role in successful completion of project. Coordinate each other, as doing a project like developing a website for Real Estate Company is not a single person work in limited time , it is a team work ,it needs coordination and synergy among all members. Listen and respect each members view, as developing software application is innovative and logical task , it requires to consider with various dimensions and logics. Respect Time and work, designing a software requires to develop the project in time , so wasting time will effect the deadline and performance of the team. Every decision will be taken in written with signature of all members, in team meeting there are several matters that are discussed , remembering each and every minute thing is not possible, so when the decision will go written ,each member can follow it without loosing any thing. Use Language of dignity, its very important to use simple language in communicating with each other as well dont use abusive or slangs in language. Take Responsibility, every member has to take responsibility as well do work assigned to them. Maintain Confidentiality, its very important as other peoples can try to copy same technique. Give and get good Feedback, its very important for maintaining healthy environment and encouragement to each other. 3.Non-Compliance The major considerations for our team on agreed definitions of non Compliance are- Not able to identify all the requirements of the website, this will result a very bad impact on client and this is the base of developing a software application. Not able to complete work on time, this will create disbelief in clients mind and most importantly he /she must have made a series of own Business task and planning depending on this project. Not able to provide proper functioning of the features provided, this is also a primary requirement, if functionalities are not working properly than what is the advantage. Quality is not up to mark, this will create a bad impression on the client, one will compare the application with other similar application. Team is not Cooperating with each other, this will result in dispute in team and work will be badly affected. 4.Dispute Resolution Conflict Management The major approach the team will take in resolving the compliance and maintaining the principles set will be as follows- Apply Standard Approaches, all the processes will be followed by using standard approach so that uniformity and understand ability be provided. Define team goals and proper planning, this will help to achieve work targets on time and how to do issue will be resolved. Logically define tasks, in this whole work process will be put in individual sections in order . Allocate responsibility, in this phase the work according to the skill capacity is allocated like in this website development the front end is given to one person, backend to other ,designing to one and so on. Develop plan to monitor work regularly , this will help to ensure the status of project. Communicate openly, its better to talk directly to head and concerned person to resolve any kind of confusion or issue. Develop alternative method and plan, In case if applied method or plan is not resulting as expected than this plan B will help to ensure success. Develop Plan for Risk Assessment and Mitigation, designing a well approached Risk management plan will help in getting the objectives.
